ProcureTrail is a cloud-based enterprise asset management and procurement platform provided by Oparc as a professional service. The service includes procurement workflow management, asset tracking, compliance reporting, and related functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each user account should be used by a single individual. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree to use ProcureTrail only for lawful business purposes related to procurement and asset management. You may not:
You retain full ownership of all data you create within ProcureTrail. We claim no ownership rights over your business data, documents, or records. You may export your data at any time.
We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
Fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts with payments overdue by more than 30 days.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a full data export. Data will be retained for 90 days after termination before permanent deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oparc's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
